The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the falls. Casino has various gaming options, which is nice. The customer service could use improvement. Many restaurants were closed, and food was pricey and average at best.

Luxurious feeling yet inconsistent service. The room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view—a plus. check-in was a major letdown. We arrived and had to wait two and a half hours for our room, only to encounter a rude front desk staff. Leaks disrupted our stay, and dining options fell short of expectations with unwelcoming service. I appreciated the comfort of the beds and the convenience of having multiple restaurants and a casino within the property. staff demeanor and cleanliness need urgent attention. For a place that could shine, it felt surprisingly lackluster. The value doesn’t reflect the potential.

I had a fantastic time staying just a few minutes from the Falls, where I enjoyed breathtaking views and nightly fireworks right from my room, which was spacious and comfortable, with valet parking included and a great pool area; I explored nearby attractions like the SkyWheel, Rainforest Cafe, and TGI Fridays all within a short stroll, but the initial check-in experience could use some improvement.

Watched the action and placed my wagers at The Sports Lounge. Played the newest games and saw jaw-dropping shows with world-famous performers.
Loved not getting clean towels, housekeeping, broken jacuzzi knobs, and missing pieces. A real treat!

Had a blast exploring the vibrant location, with easy access to the falls and a room offering breathtaking views. Generous portion sizes at the cafe and fabulous pool area were definite highlights during my stay. The staff was top-notch and always ready to assist, making my business trip a breeze.
Some inconveniences marred the experience, such as scratchy sheets and limited hot tub time. Additionally, the neighborhood surrounding the hotel seemed a bit sketchy for a casual stroll, and the early closure of the pool for kids was a downer.

The spacious room had a huge shower and offered a beautiful view of the falls, which was a major highlight. Free valet parking made things easy, and the attentive staff promptly met our needs. The pool and hot tub were clean, perfect for some adult time. the restaurant was pricier with long wait times, and multiple issues arose with our suite—the TV wasn’t smart, the jets in the tub didn't work, and we struggled with the blinds. Hard to ignore the casino's lack of ambiance, but it still provided a fun experience.

The service was a disaster. We waited over 90 minutes for our room after check-in, and when we finally got in, it was filthy, plus the shower was broken. The front desk staff were rude and totally unhelpful.

The corner suite was nice and spacious, with a comfortable bed and extremely cozy pillows. I appreciated the fridge and microwave, which added convenience. I wished for a Keurig-style coffee maker with non-dairy creamers for my morning routine. Temperature control was effective, so I was comfortable throughout my stay. Noise from children in the hallway was distracting at times. The windows were noticeably dirty, diminishing the view of the falls. The casino location is convenient, though it made access tricky with an underaged child. Room cleanliness could improve, especially with cobwebs and dust.

My friends and I had a blast hitting up the live entertainment venues and trying our luck with the card games and slot machines. It was non, stop excitement from start to finish , we even got hooked on the poker hands game!
We wished there were more options for late, night parties and events geared towards young adults to keep the fun going round the clock! .

the seneca niagara resort & casino was super clean, and the location was top-notch. we were just a short walk away from the falls, and we even got to see the sunset and fireworks from our 26th-floor room. the wide pathways in the casino made it easy for everyone to get around, and the poker room was cozy and clean.

The view from the room was stunning, overlooking Canada and the mist from the falls. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect, no need for a car to explore around.
The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, with a stained comforter and blood on the bathroom walls. The dining experience was lackluster, with overpriced food that was barely edible.

we had a very nice time at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino. the hotel staff were kind and accommodating, and we found the rooms to be spacious and not smelling like smoke, despite the smoking environment. the location was convenient for walking to the falls, and if needed, taking an Uber was a cheap alternative to parking. we also enjoyed the good restaurants and buffet. the early check-in was a bonus, and we loved the beautiful room with a great view from the 19th floor. overall, a pleasant stay with friendly people.

The flat-screen TV was a nice touch for relaxing in the evening, and having free Wi-Fi in the rooms made it easy for us to stay connected. The room service was excellent, and the staff was attentive to our needs. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries provided. there were a few areas that could use improvement. we found the ironing facilities to be lacking, which was a bit inconvenient as we had some wrinkled clothes from traveling. the air conditioning was a bit noisy at times, disrupting our sleep. The lack of a sitting area in the room made it challenging to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the area. the valet parking service was convenient, but we did encounter some delays and confusion with the valet staff. The welcome drink upon arrival was a nice gesture, but we felt that the tours and ticket assistance could have been more organized and readily available to guests.

Our stay at this beautiful casino hotel in Niagara Falls was a memorable one. We were road tripping to Toronto as bike riders and booked a room at this adults-only resort. The stunning views of the falls from our 26th-floor corner room were breathtaking. We loved the king-size bed with glass walls, and the large jacuzzi by the window was a perfect spot to unwind. The hotel amenities such as the free Wi-Fi, on-site car park, and 24-hour reception made our stay convenient and hassle-free.
The only drawback of our stay was the fact that the hotel allowed smoking throughout the premises. While we understood the reasoning behind it, it made it difficult for us to enjoy the common areas of the hotel due to the smoke.
